Calzone and Stromboli

Using the same pizza dough we fold and roll the dough and place the filling inside. They are called Calzone and Stromboli and come with a dipping sauce.

Calzone

It is in a shape of a half circle, as the dough is folded in half. It is a pizza dough with cheese and customer's choice of filling(s). Our Calzone comes with 3 kinds of cheeses: Mozzarella, Parmesan and cream cheeses.
Let's make a Calzone, shall we? First, we take out the desired size dough,

Then we make the crust with the rolling pin and place our fillings of cheeses and desired ingredients

Look how big our currypuff looking filled dough! It's around 10 inches in diameter with two vegetable fillings.

We bake it in the oven until it comes out golden brown. We serve and you enjoy!

Even if it is at room temperature, it is just as scrumptious. Just dip in the homemade tomato sauce and enjoy.

Stromboli

Another filled pizza with 2 types of cheeses using Mozzarella and Parmesan, Stromboli is rolled up into a baton shape and served with the tomato sauce.

We spread the dough and sprinkle the fillings before rolling it into a baton shape. After baking and ready to eat, we cut into segments and the fillings expose before us.

One can easily get used to calzones and strombolis due to the moist and softness of the dough and the delicious dip.
