My Roma Pizza's Pizza

Our Italian pizza or New York-style pizza is large (16 inch or 40 cm (almost half a meter!) in diameter) or medium (14 inch or 35 cm in diameter), thin and fold-able. The traditional Italian pizza toppings uses homemade tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese.

Additional toppings are available as customers can pick, choose, mix and match from a list of ingredients we provide. Our typical list of toppings include vegetables, meats and fish.


 

Come and enjoy our thin hand-tossed crust, made from a high-gluten bread flour. We sell PIZZA SLICES from the large 16 inch pizza cut into 8.

My Roma White Pizza

Introducing My Roma White Pizza which is made with all cheese and no pizza sauce plus your choice of topping(s). By default we offer tomato and broccoli / spinach toppings but you can add meat if you desire. At the moment we only have a whole pie, perfect for a family of three, four or more.


What pizza to eat tonight? The combination possibility is a lot. We have a list of toppings you can choose from. We can make a whole website just to capture the photos of the combination. We offer a half-half topping, meaning, you have a taste of two pizzas in one, for example, a half Hawaiian chicken and a half pepperoni and onion with extra cheese (compliments of Adam and his family)

Our favorites are Hawaiian chicken which is chicken and pineapple, "Super Supreme" (consists of chicken, pepperoni, mushroom, bell pepper and black olives) and Meatlover (all the meat toppings except for the Large Italian Meatball).

On the run or in between breaks, alone, you can still eat a slice of pizza. Our big size slices of approximately 8inch radius and 40degree angle will satisfy anyone. Choose from the toppings listed below and you have a slice on the go.

Our list of vegetables include: black olives, broccoli, bell pepper (capsicum), mushroom, onion, pineapple, spinach, tomato and extra cheese.

Our list of meats are: beef pepperoni, ground beef (cooked with Italian herbs, My Roma Pizza-style), chicken, large Italian Meatballs, beef hotdog and chicken hotdog. The fish toppings are tuna and sardine at this time.

Note: If you are a hard core pan pizza fan, we can arrange that too. Ask about our pan pizzas.

My Roma Pizza Style Burgers

Ground beef marinated with Italian herbs and shaped in burger patties, then, seared in its own juices on our hot iron cast burger frying pan with a spray of cooking oil makes a delicious burger. All beef with a touch of Italian ingredients gives it our signature dish.
Nestled between a burger bun, we place the cheese and then bake it to give the 'Parmesan' effect, or, melting the cheese. Served with a side of lettuce, tomato and onion slices.

Customers can choose to make the chicken burger in two ways: the burger way or the parmesan sandwich way (but on a bun). A slice of breaded with Italian herbs chicken is deep fried, removed excess oil to maintain its crisp, is placed in between the burger bun, with melted cheese, served with a side of lettuce, tomato and onion slices.

The Parmesan sandwich way is when the crispy golden brown chicken is smothered with tomato sauce, placed on a burger bun and baked in the oven for a Parmesan effect. It looks like our Chicken Parmesan sandwich, only smaller.

Lasagne

Our classic lasagne consists of beef, eggs, homemade tomato sauce and the 3 cheeses. The meat nestles in between the lasagne pasta in layers and baked to seal in the taste.

Baked Ziti

The pasta is coated with our Homemade tomato sauce and 3 cheeses and baked before serving. It's what we call a mini lasagne; pasta, 3 cheeses and sauce.

It is Baked Ziti with mushrooms and ground beef. Ask about replacing beef with chicken. The serving portion is ideal for two.

Chicken Parmesan

Chicken Parmesan Sandwich, Dinner and... Burger?

A slice of chicken breast breaded with Italian herbs breadcrumbs, deep fried till golden brown. After removing the excess oil to create the crispy bite, for a sandwich, we cut the whole wheat sandwich roll in half, place it on the one side of the bread, apply some sauce, cheese and then bake to create the 'Parmesan' effect, meaning, melted.


As for the Chicken Parmesan dinner with a side order of pasta, instead of placing the crispy chicken breast on the bread roll, we place it on a serving dish. Customers get to choose any pasta of their liking and we will serve the pasta next to the chicken.

Great as a side order or finger food, this protein goodness is a healthy snack for kids. We serve our meatballs simmered in our Homemade tomato sauce.

Next, imagine this meatball goodness on a whole wheat sandwich bread. We take a sandwich bread, split in the middle, apply the sauce on both sides and place the meatballs already simmered in the sauce and sprinkle with cheese and then bake to melt the cheese.

Our Alfredo sauce consists of cream, cheese, egg yolk and Italian herbs. It is a heavy sauce and we recommend you try it with pasta first (before adding chicken or mushroom). By default we serve the sauce with fettuccine but you can choose other pasta. Here's one ready to serve:

In order to put our Homemade tomato (pasta) sauce to test, try out our spaghetti and tomato sauce dish. Sprinkle some Parmesan for an added 'yummy-ness.'

Pasta with Meat Sauce (or Spaghetti Bolognese)

The famous pasta dish Spaghetti Bolognese consists of spaghetti and ground beef in tomato sauce, hence, Spaghetti Meat Sauce.

Choose from the five pastas we offer, for your eyes to enjoy?, without altering the taste. The favorite around here is Spaghetti but sometimes we get orders for Penne, Farfalle (bow tie shape) and even Conchiglie (shells). This one is Penne with meat sauce.

Instead of ground beef, we can substitute with chicken per your order. Choose from the 5 types of pasta for your dining pleasure.

Pasta

We use 5 types of pasta interchangeably. They are spaghetti, fettucine, bowtie, shells, and penne. The taste doesn't alter so, go ahead, indulge your eyes to the type that pleases you.
